Dr. Amit Schejter is a Professor of Communication Studies at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel. This book investigates the use of ICTs by communities facing inequality in Israel and the West Bank to communicate with each other and the rest of the world. It provides a basis for evaluating if communication resources are equitably allocated and if they promote the universally recognized right to communicate.
