This special edition of the Annette Strauss Institute’s Pizza & Politics series, in collaboration with the Office of the Dean of Students, will feature a film screening followed by a brief social with other student organizations. Participation lies at the heart of democracy, and we invite you to engage in this interactive event.

We'll be screening Join or Die, a compelling film that explores the importance of civic involvement. Through the lens of Robert Putnam's renowned research from Bowling Alone, the documentary delves into America's civic decline and its implications for our democracy.
