Photo Exhibition at the Nettie Lee Benson Latin American Collection | Panel discussion Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2024 2-3:30 pm | 2nd floor Gallery Sid Richardson Hall #1
Photographs have been a centerpiece of the Voces Oral History Center (then the US Latino & Latina WWII Oral History Project) since it was established in 1999. Today, Voces holds over 25,000 high-resolution digitized photographs of interview subjects as part of its collection, as well as thousands of portraits and behind-the-scene images. Join us for a discussion about Voces’s holdings, what they represent and the values they add to the interviews.
