The UTLA Program is open to all majors. While most students participate during their junior or senior semester, students are allowed to participate up to one full year after graduation.
Application Requirements:
- Two short essays
- Resume
- Optional scholarship essay
It is completely free to apply, and no recommendation letters are needed.
