About Charmaine DeGraté
Charmaine DeGraté is an Emmy-nominated writer, producer, and creator whose work spans
some of television’s most iconic franchises and critically acclaimed dramas. She is among
the few women writing and producing across multiple global cinematic universes, including Star
Wars, Game of Thrones, Warhammer, and Marvel.
Known for infusing large-scale storytelling with emotional depth, political nuance, and
character-driven narratives, DeGraté’s career reflects a sustained commitment to storytelling as
both a cultural force and a conduit for our shared human experience. Her credits include Daisy
Jones & The Six, Game of Thrones: House of the Dragon, Star Wars: The Acolyte, The 100,
and Manhunt, with film and television projects developed for Disney, Warner Bros., Lucasfilm,
HBO, Netflix, Skydance Media, Apple TV+, and Amazon Studios. In 2025, she signed a First-
Look deal with Universal Studios to develop and produce projects through her Crest View
banner.
