Moody Media Symposium: Peoples, Places and Peripheries - Film Screening, WHO WE BECOME

Perhaps at no other time in human history have issues involving peoples and place been so important. This year’s symposium focuses on media in peripheral spaces near and far, and how media and communication can be used for social good and equity. The event, organized by the Center for Global Change and Media, marks the official launch of Moody College’s newest center.

 

10/30, 6:00-8:00 p.m., DMC., 5.102 (Presentation Room):  The symposium kicks-off with a screening of PJ Raval’s acclaimed documentary, WHO WE BECOME and talk back with the director and cast. Free and open to the public. (Snacks provided).
