The Department of Radio-Television-Film (RTF) invites students, faculty, staff, and the general public to a film screening of Merry Good Enough (2023, 1h 37m), followed by filmmaker Q&A with writer/co-director, Caroline Keene (MFA Screenwriting ’16). RTF Chair Cindy McCreery will moderate the discussion.

Merry Good Enough is a sharp yet warmhearted holiday dark comedy starring Joel Murray (Mad Men, Shameless) and Raye Spielberg in her breakout performance, alongside Neil Casey (Curb Your Enthusiasm), Sawyer Spielberg (Masters of the Air), and many more. The Opening Night film selection at the New Hampshire Film Festival, Merry Good Enough has a 94% score on Rotten Tomatoes and will debut on streaming this holiday season. 

Synopsis: Lucy has a complicated relationship with her dysfunctional family, but when her mother disappears on Christmas Eve, she must bring her family back together—whether she knows it or not.
