Chappell Lecture: Social Entrepreneurs of CLD

Join us for a panel featuring three CLD alums and one HDO alum working in social entrepreneurship! We will hear about the challenges they have faced and the leadership lessons they have learned, and they will share their perspectives and advice for current students about to embark on their own leadership journeys.

Panelists include:

Kayla Abramowitz, Founder and Chief Kid Officer, Kayla Cares 4 Kids
Hunter Beaton, Founder and Board Chair, Day 1 Bags
Meagan Cook, Founder, Field to Family Dogs
Franceska Colocado, Founder, Gear for Greatness

The Ann and David Chappell Lecture was founded to educate, motivate, and inspire students and the public with illustrations of leadership skills and techniques. It enhances and enriches the Communication and Leadership curriculum by giving students the opportunity to learn real-world lessons from distinguished people that have demonstrated leadership skills in a variety of significant contexts.
